The order only qualifies for a free redo if the customer’s revision request is in line with the initial order instructions.
As promised, the customer will receive an original paper based on the instructions and comments given upon submitting the order. You are only obliged to revise the paper as many times as necessary if the order submitted does not adhere to those instructions.

We strongly recommend that you correspond only via our secure message system for privacy reasons. Should the customer decide to discuss project details with you over the phone, we will notify you.
Not at all. We would only advise that you accept “night shifts” if you are money-driven, as we receive many orders that require overnight completion. Naturally, urgent projects give you more money too.
Granted, we have low and peak seasons as any business. Winter is usually our lowest point because everyone is on holiday. That being said, our high seasons tend to arrive in the spring and autumn. We recommend that you check our job list often, as we update it every minute.
